    We charge by the night with a 3 night minimum.

    Rates are as follows:

    • 1-8 Guests  $2095/night
    • $100.00/per additional guest per night  up to a maximum of 12 guests.
    • Maximum of 12 guests
    • $1,000 refundable damage deposit-refunded within 7 days after stay.
    • Cleaning Fee: $350.00
    • Please call, text, or email with dates for availability or any questions.
    • Cancellation Policy as follows: 
    • Cancel 60 days or more before check-in date= Full Refund 
    • Cancel less than 59-30 days before check-in date= 50% Refund
    • Cancel less than 30 days before check-in date= No Refund.
